"Out of sight, out of mind" is a big problem for me. Many times if something isn't in my sight, I'll forget about it and won't acknowledge its existence. Back in the day when I took notes primarily on pen and paper, I would review what I wrote a few times to see if there was anything that I didn't address. I did this because these notes are staring me in the face every time I wanted to take more notes.
